For over 30 years Chris Dafler has participated in or taught Verbal De-escalation classes.
The consistent question Chris hears is “why are individuals demonstrating these particular actions”?
This is what lead Chris to create Verbal Conflict Resolution. The unique characteristics of Verbal Conflict Resolution (VCR) include description of mental health diagnoses (16 Brains), explanation of causation due to mental status, application to practical situations, and utilization of plain language to apply to a wider variety of students.
