Tiffani has been practicing as a registered nurse for 26 years. Her concentration has been in Emergency/Trauma and Forensic Nursing. Along with her continued support of Forensic Nursing, Tiffani is the Administrative Director of Nursing for Harris Health’s Lyndon B. Johnson Emergency Center, Observation Unit, Central Telemetry, Hemodialysis and Special Procedures. Tiffani teaches and role models transformational leadership. One major project has been establishing an ED nurse residency program.

As a nurse with 28 years of experience, Robert has chosen to spend his career in Emergency Services. With experience as staff, education coordinator and in Leadership he brings knowledge across the care spectrum. Currently the clinical nurse educator for a Level 1 Trauma Center with Magnet recognition in suburban New York City, Robert has created, implemented and maintained a nurse residency program.
