Nurses new to the field or those considering a move to the ED will learn what a typical day as an ED nurse is like, what makes the job unique, how to prepare to both land a position in the ED and succeed as an ED nurse.
1. Describe a typical day in the life of an ED nurse
2. Discuss the clinical setting differences between the ED and an inpatient unit
3. Identify expectations of a nurse new to the ED setting
