With a passion for personal empowerment, self-development, and results, Mike left racing to share the lessons and experiences from a high-pressure, high-visibility, and high-performing career. Mike speaks, coaches, and consults with people who recognize that shifting is the new norm. Mike guides audiences to proactively identifying where, when, and how to shift in order to stay competitive -whether that’s reputation, mindset, continuous improvement, personal branding, leadership or life/career pivots.

Mike lives in Huntersville, NC, with his wife, three children, and two dogs. He is active in his community and volunteers with veteran’s groups and the Boy Scouts of America.
